I have been taking my cat Simba to Artistique acres for 2 years now. She stays an average of 10 days a year. The staff there are amazing!! She is taken such good care of! The cat kennels and bathing area for the animals are very clean and well looked after.
Each Christmas Simba has stayed there, the staff have made stockings for each and every animal that was there. These included treats and a toy for them. My cat loved it! She has grown to know the staff; (Holly, Alex and Kim in particular) and I know that when she’s there she is being taken very good care of! Simba can be a handful at times but the amazing staff there handle her with ease. I would recommend Artisitque Acres to any pet owner looking for that personal touch!
I travel a lot for work and I love bringing Sarg to Artistique Acres! He loves it there and they take such good care of him when I am away! I really appreciate the effort and energy that Artistique Acres puts into making Sarg feel at home; a huge stress relief when I am away knowing Sarg is happy around those that love him!
We have been brining Duke here for 3 years now. He is so excited when we arrive and he practically drags me to the door. Duke is a farm dog and has free range of our yard so we were worried about being at a kennel for a long period of time. The staff at Artistique Acres have done a great job looking after Duke and making sure he has lots of time to run and play. The staff will send pictures and are always easy to communicate with while we are away. This is a great kennel with amazing staff.
They looked after our yellow lab, Butters, and we’re SO accommodating! We had an absolute mess of delayed/cancelled flights, and despite being fully booked, were able to keep him for an extra day and a half. Thank you again Artistique Acres!
Perfect place for our pet to visit while we took our Tunnel Tour! Check in and out was easy, quick. Pup was happy!
Thank you for taking care of my Dumpling this weekend. It was the first time I’ve kennelled a pet, and I was very hesitant since I only just adopted him after a long stay at the humane society. But the cat condos he stayed in was spacious and he clearly enjoyed his stay as he’s super happy tonight (although very cuddly as he clearly missed us) Thanks again!
We took our fur baby there in March to stay with them the whole month as we were visiting our family in South Africa. Now.. This was the first time we would leave her so long, I am a control freak so it took alot for me to come to terms that she will be staying somewhere else. I was crying like a baby when we dropped her off. They assured me they will take good care of her and THEY DID!!! I just want to say thank you to Holly and the Artistic Acres team and also to Natalie for sending me so many pictues, looking after our fur baby and dealing with my craziness!! Will definitely take her back there!! You guys are awesome!!!
We take two of our dogs here consistently, and they’re always so excited when we pull into the parking lot. There are lots of options in terms of care, like walks, grooming, play time, and more. Definitely a great place to take the pups.
Awesome kennel! First time booking with Artistique Pet Resort. Great experience. Super accommodating and helpful when we got stuck on our trip and couldn’t get home for 3 extra days. Was wonderful picking up dogs and they both had received baths that morning. Could tell they had lots of attention as they were more excited to see the Kennel workers than they were us after a week of being away! Wonderful place! Will definitely be booking again when we need kennel services. Thank you!! 🙂
